We are delivering Christmas cards and gift cards for each child at Crossroads who participate in Coldwater Lee’s Summit in December. Coldwater serves low income families in the Lee’s Summit community by providing food, clothing and essential needs. This will bless over 100 kids! We’re also inviting them to our Christmas Eve Services!  

Last year Lee’s Summit Social Services provided over 600 kids in our community with gifts who wouldn't have received gifts otherwise. 300 of those gifts came from Summit Park! Some of these gifts will also go towards those staying at Hillcrest Transitional Housing in Lee's Summit, MO. 

We want to blessing to the homeless in our community. We will be partnering with Shelter KC to do just that. Shelter KC is a Kansas City Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered community that offers freedom and hope to homeless men and women in Kansas City.  They empower the poor and homeless through emergency shelter, daily meals, case management referrals, counseling sessions, educational skill training, spiritual development, recovery programs and more. 

As a way to support the single parents who attend Summit Park Church, we are providing a Thanksgiving meal from Neighborhood Café! Along with the meal, each family gets gift cards for Christmas shopping!
