Finance & HR ADMIN
Status: 25-30 hours per week

The Finance and HR Admin position provides essential administrative support to the Finance and Human Resources departments. This is a role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented person. Someone successful in this role would be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of critical systems and functions within the church. This person must be proactive, adaptable, and resourceful.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finance:
- Provide ongoing management of expenditures, financial reporting, and other duties as assigned.
- Create and administrate systems for accounts payable, accounts receivable and all financial processing.
- Assist in communicating and coordinating with Vendors, Contractors, and accounts of Summit Park Church professionally and in a timely manner.
- Oversee and approve all expense reports with accuracy so that our financials are accurate.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency in systems and processes.
- Human Resources:
- Assist with the creation, implementation and execution of HR processes and policies.
- Administrate Payroll and all benefits with accuracy.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed for the Director of Operations
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equal experience in Finance, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
- Expectations:
- Represent a growing personal relationship with Christ.
- Set appropriate boundaries in life and ministry to protect his or her character and integrity.
