UPCOMING SERVE OPPORTUNITIES
Summit Park Church partners with organizations like Harvesters, Habitat for Humanity, Coldwater, and Lee’s Summit Social Services to make an impact in our community. By serving these organizations, we believe God will use our simple acts of kindness to help others find and follow Jesus.

WAYS TO LOVE YOUR NEIGHBORS TODAY
Summit Park Church offers regular opportunities for you to serve in the community with your church family. With many of the organizations we serve limiting volunteers, we encourage you to Love Your Neighbors in as many of these ways as you can.
1. DELIVER MEALS TO THE ELDERLY THROUGH ONE GOOD MEAL. Contact Roberta McArthur at onegoodmealinfo@gmail.com to set up a time to serve. You can also find more information here.
2. SEND A HAND-WRITTEN NOTE TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER LETTING THEM KNOW YOU CARE.
3. PUT GROCERIES IN A NECESSITIES BOX. Boxes are at four Lee’s Summit elementary schools: Hazel Grove, Prairie View, Meadow Lane, and Lee’s Summit Elementary. We recommend items such as peanut butter, pasta, pasta sauce, canned meat and fruit.
4. PREPARE A MEAL FOR A FAMILY STRUGGLING TO WORK FROM HOME WHILE CARING FOR CHILDREN.
5. HELP COLDWATER DISTRIBUTE FOOD TO KIDS IN NEED. Contact Jeremy Needham at jeremy@summitparkchurch.com. You can also find more information HERE.
6. TEXT OR CALL A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO ENCOURAGE THEM.
7. SEW FACE MASKS FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS. DETAILS CAN BE FOUND HERE.
8. SEND A GIFT CARD TO SOMEONE WHO IS STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY. YOU CAN ALSO SEND THEM TO JEREMY@SUMMITPARKCHURCH.COM AND WE WILL GET THEM TO THOSE IN NEED.
9. SET ASIDE EXTRA TIME IN YOUR DAY TO PRAY FOR THOSE AFFECTED DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY BY COVID-19.
