The College Coordinator is a supporting role, assisting in stewarding Summit Park College students, fostering spiritual growth, discipleship, and community engagement. This role will focus on recruiting potential students, building relationships with current students, organizing events, and equipping leaders to disciple and mentor college students. The ideal candidate has a passion for students, strong leadership skills, and a heart for finding and connecting students to the life of the church.

Key Responsibilities:
Ministry Leadership & Discipleship
- Foster relationships with college students by providing mentorship and pastoral care
- Assist in developing spiritual growth and community building for college students
- Help create discipleship programs and classes for college students to grow and develop in their faith
- Plan and help execute events, retreats, and mission trips
- Build relationships with local and national ministries and schools to drive recruitment
- Willing and able to travel to conferences, camps, and events to promote Summit Park College
- Utilize social media, digital platforms, and other communication tools to engage and inform students
Event Planning & Administration
- Organize weekly College gatherings, Bible studies, and discipleship programs
- Coordinate logistics for retreats, mission trips, and special events
- Manage ministry budgets, expenses, and fundraising efforts as needed
- Maintain an up-to-date database of students and volunteers of Summit Park College
Qualifications and Skills
- Passion for ministering to college students and young adults
- Strong leadership, relational, and communication skills
- Ability to teach, lead discussions, and facilitate small groups
- Organizational and administrative skills to plan events and manage ministry operations
Expectations:
- Represent a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Participate in a Small Group on a regular basis
- Set appropriate boundaries in life and ministry to protect his or her character and integrity
- Faithfully give to the ministry of Summit Park Church 10% of your gross income
- Look for opportunities to reach those who are far from God
