FINANCE ADMIN
Work Schedule: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

This person will play a key role in supporting the stewardship of church resources and the care of staff through strong administrative execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance
- Support day-to-day financial operations including expense tracking, accounts payable, and general financial processing
- Help maintain and manage financial systems, tools, and workflows (expense platforms, bill pay, giving systems, etc.)
- Review and process transactions to ensure proper coding, accuracy, and alignment with budgets
- Assist with vendor communication, payments, and documentation
- Support budgeting processes, reporting, and reconciliation efforts
- Help maintain accurate records of giving, donations, and financial data
- Identify and help implement improvements to financial systems and processes
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
- Assist staff with questions related to finance systems
- Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and process guides
- Ensure clear communication and timely follow-up across departments

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience in administrative or finance roles preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
