PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Status: Full Time Salary
Schedule: 9-5 Mon-Thur, Sunday 7-1

This Tech Director role at Summit Park Church is responsible for the Live production of services and events across all campuses. This position requires technical excellence as well as high team leadership skills to lead volunteers to ensure successful and impactful services/events. This leader is exceptional at problem solving, quality control systems, people building and forward thinking. This position requires an in-depth knowledge in audio, video, lighting, and systems management.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the proper operation of audio, lighting, media, and video broadcast equipment during services and events.
• Create and model a culture that strives for excellence and regular improvement.
• Creates a comprehensive checklist to ensure consistency with live worship experiences.
• Seek out and implement new technology and resources that improve worship experiences.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise during worship experiences or during the week.
• Creates or contracts set design- Oversee implementation.
• Schedules system maintenance as needed throughout the year.
• Prepare and manage ProPresenter and media computers.
• Oversee and schedule FOH audio engineers. & all other volunteer positions.
• Develop and train production team volunteers to assist in running production needs for various services [weekend, events, etc].
• Communicate and work with worship leaders to execute weekend services with excellence.

• Represent a growing personal relationship with Christ
• Set appropriate boundaries in life and ministry to protect his or her character and integrity
• Look for opportunities to reach those who are far from God
